GLO-GLASS

New Fluorescent glass colors
for glass artists.

Glo-Glass emits colored light from a clear or tinted base glass when lit with a blacklight .   Brightness is directly related to the thickness, so using solid color is recommended.  To make these exotic colors affordable a color concentrate frit has been developed.  Mixed 1:10 or 1:20 with your batch creates a pot full of hot fluorescent color.  The pale tint of the orange and green are not much of a contamination problem if using your clear pot.  Well cleaned out and filled with clear glass it shows no noticeable tint but may exhibit fluoresce from traces of Glo-Glass.  Compatibility is very good between colors and clear base, allowing for casing an clear or color, or layering of colors.
